Kelly was the Lululemon contact for Wellbody Woman during the first program launch this last month. She is a seriously lovely person to be around and has her pillars pretty dialed in so she can juggle her work and personal life with ease. On Tribe: What are the 2-5 things you have learned about finding your community?
Kelly:
           1. Be open to trying new things
          2. Always let your personality shine

Kelly: Run and Pilates OR Spin and Yoga

 

On Food: When you fall off track with your food choices, how do you get back on?
Kelly: Lots of water, and food logs. They keep you accountable!

On Love: Does loving yourself mean saying no more or saying yes more?
Kelly: Both. It means knowing that taking care of yourself is number 1 and respecting what you need to be your best self!
